1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Lulla ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Lulla is a baby soothing application that provides:

• AI-powered cry detection (processed entirely on your device)
• A library of soothing sounds, lullabies, classical music, and fairy tales
• CarPlay integration for hands-free use while driving
• Personalized recommendations based on effectiveness tracking

3. AI and Data Processing

The App uses Apple's CoreML framework and Sound Analysis framework for cry detection. All AI processing occurs entirely on your device:

• No audio data is ever recorded, stored, or transmitted to any external server
• No third-party AI service is used
• The App does not send personal data to AI services for processing
• Cry detection models are bundled within the App and run locally

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers the following subscription options:

• Premium Monthly: Auto-renewable subscription billed monthly
• Premium Yearly: Auto-renewable subscription billed annually
• Premium Lifetime: One-time non-consumable purchase

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

5. Safety Disclaimer

Important: Lulla is not a substitute for proper child care and parental supervision.

• Never let this app distract you from safe driving
• Always keep your eyes on the road when operating a vehicle
• The app is a supplementary tool, not a replacement for attentive care
• Do not rely solely on cry detection for monitoring your baby

6. Audio Safety

The App includes volume safety features to protect your baby's hearing. Do not attempt to bypass these safety measures. Always use audio at a safe volume level appropriate for infants.

7. Content

Audio content is either generated by the App's on-device audio engine or streamed from our content delivery network (Cloudflare R2). All content is curated for baby safety and suitability. We do not guarantee the effectiveness of any specific sound for calming your baby.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of this App, including but not limited to any harm resulting from reliance on cry detection features.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
